Steven Waterhouse Nazare Ventures
Dr. Steven “Seven” Waterhouse is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor in the blockchain and AI sectors. He is the co-founder and CEO of Orchid Labs, a decentralized privacy network leveraging blockchain technology to provide secure internet access. Previously, he was a partner at Pantera Capital, where he led investments in over 20 blockchain startups, including Bitstamp and Zcash. Waterhouse also co-founded RPX Corporation, serving as CTO, and held leadership roles at Sun Microsystems. He holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. Currently, he is the founder and general partner at Nazaré Ventures, focusing on early-stage AI investments.
