Rob Viglione is the co-founder and CEO of Horizen Labs, a blockchain development company specializing in zero-knowledge cryptography and privacy-focused infrastructure. He also co-founded Horizen, a decentralized platform designed for scalable, privacy-preserving applications.


With a background as a physicist and mathematician, Viglione served as a U.S. Air Force officer, contributing to satellite radar and space launch systems.


Viglione holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of South Carolina and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He has taught university courses on blockchain and is an advocate for privacy rights and decentralized technologies.


Under his leadership, Horizen Labs has launched projects like zkVerify, focusing on scalable zero-knowledge proof verification. Viglione emphasizes building resilient, user-centric blockchain ecosystems that prioritize privacy and global accessibility.

Harsehaj Singh is an entrepreneur and venture investor deeply immersed in DeFi, derivatives, consumer tech, and macro finance.
