Ben Celermajer is the Chief Strategy Officer at Synthetix, a leading decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol. Since joining in 2024, he has spearheaded significant reforms, including the SR-2 governance overhaul, which consolidated Synthetix’s councils into a streamlined Spartan Council to enhance accountability and efficiency . Previously, he worked as a management consultant at Deloitte and has been involved in the crypto space since 2017, starting as an investor in the Havven ICO.
